Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ICU Nurses to join our Multi-Specialty Hospital in Ramanathapuram. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, monitor their condition, and work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergency situations.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment according to hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
- Educate patients' families regarding patient care when appropriate.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and nursing best practices.
Eligibility
- B.Sc Nursing, GNM, or Diploma in Nursing.
- Freshers with ICU training and experienced ICU Nurses are welcome to apply.
- Valid Nursing Council registration is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, if required.
