We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in our home market. You will be the face of our startup, connecting local businesses and residential clients with our comprehensive range of technical and infrastructure solutions. This isn't just a desk job; you’ll be on the move, building relationships across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert leads for technical services (CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Fiber works).
- Promote and secure projects for office fit-outs, including electrical, painting, and tile work.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide basic project overviews.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.
- Build a strong pipeline of local contractors and commercial clients.
What We Are Looking For
- Local Market Knowledge:
Deep familiarity with Thrissur and the surrounding Kerala market.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and explain IT infrastructure and civil work services.
- Communication: Fluent in Malayalam; English proficiency is a strong plus.
- Grit: A "feet-on-the-street" mentality with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- License: Must have a valid driving license.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Starting at ₹20,000 per month.
- Commission: Attractive performance-based incentives (to be discussed).
