We are looking for a passionate and energetic Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will help clients achieve their health and fitness goals by designing personalized workout plans, providing one-on-one training, and ensuring a safe and motivating workout workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and understand clients' goals.
Design customized workout and fitness programs.
Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety.
Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
Monitor client progress and update training plans as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area.
Promote gym services, memberships, and personal training packages.
Requirements:
Certification in Personal Training or Fitness (preferred).
Prior experience in a gym or fitness center is an advantage and Freshers are also welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, strength training, and fitness principles.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
