Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete purchasing process from inquiry to delivery.
- Identify and develop recent vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and quality departments.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and overstocking.
- Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements.
- Resolve issues related to quality, delivery delays, and shortages.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and cost-saving analyses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
