· Lead and supervise the Graphic Design team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of creative projects

· Design creative visuals for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, print and digital platforms

· Develop creative concepts aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines

· Review and approve design work before final submission to clients

· Allocate projects, monitor team performance and provide guidance to junior designers

· Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Video and Client Servicing teams for campaign execution

· Create graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, motion graphics, reels and promotional materials

· Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables

· Coordinate with photographers,



videographers and production teams during creative execution

· Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

· Organize design assets, templates and project files for productive workflow

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools and creative techniques

· Support branding initiatives, event promotions and internal creative requirements

Train and mentor junior designers to enhance team performance and creativity

Pay: ₹14,374.73 - ₹49,342.20 per month
