- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of multiple projects within the assigned region.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Coordinate with sales, customers, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
- Oversee project documentation, asset maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Lead and mentor Site Engineers and Duct Technicians.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project execution experience.
- HVAC industry experience preferred.
- Experience handling industrial projects.
- Robust leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Education
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma (PG not mandatory).
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
