Job Opening – PLC / Control Room Operator (Feed Industry)

Position: PLC / Control Room Operator
Industry: Animal Feed / Aqua Feed Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor PLC-based automation systems from the Control Room for smooth production operations.
- Monitor and control the complete feed manufacturing process including batching, grinding, mixing, extrusion/pelletizing, drying, cooling, and packing operations.
- Ensure correct process parameters, recipes, and production settings are maintained as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance, alarms, and process deviations through the PLC system and take necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Electrical teams for uninterrupted plant operations.
- Perform start-up and shutdown operations of equipment as per SOPs and safety procedures.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and process parameter logs.
- Identify abnormalities in process conditions and immediately inform the concerned department for corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and production standards during operations.
- Support troubleshooting of automation-related issues along with the Electrical/Automation team.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the Control Room and ensure proper documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma / ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Experience in PLC operation/control room operations in Feed Mill, Aqua Feed, Food, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA/HMI operations, and production processes will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

- Good understanding of industrial automation and process control.
- Ability to monitor multiple parameters and respond quickly to process changes.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
