Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance and leave records.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Assist in payroll inputs and HR reporting.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
- Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
