You will provide critical Level 2 incident management support, automate operations, optimize processes, and ensure stability and scalability of customer-facing web applications.Key Responsibilities:- Provide Level 2 incident management support for enterprise and customer-facing web applications, ensuring business service levels are met.- Take ownership of critical issues, coordinate with other IT support teams, and drive timely resolution.- Automate manual enterprise operations tasks and optimize business processes to reduce workloads and improve efficiency.- Monitor and maintain operational readiness of enterprise applications, including hosted applications,



with 24/7 support as needed.- Support enterprise growth and ensure stability through maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades of various enterprise applications.- Design, develop, refactor, optimize, and enhance web application software using Java and other open-source technologies.- Work with open-source tools, create APIs, implement rich dashboards, and set up proactive monitoring systems.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth operations and communication.Preferred Candidate Profile:- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and automation tools.- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues.- Familiarity with web application development using Java and open-source technologies.- Good communication and team-working skills.
