Job DescriptionKey Deliverables:- Configure encoders, SSAI systems, CDNs, and AWS media services- Ensure defect-free delivery of video streams and VOD assets- Support onboarding by translating specifications into configurations- Actively debug issues and ensure quality delivery to customersRole Responsibilities:- Collaborate with PMs and Tech Leads for project execution- Participate in customer calls to understand stream requirements- Perform detailed testing before go-live signoff- Work rotational night shifts to support global customers
