About the Role
Join our Data Governance team and build a best-in-class data program for a major global consumer goods client. You'll establish frameworks, policies, and standards that transform how real estate data drives business decisions—reducing risk and democratizing knowledge across the organization. As part of JLL Technologies' specialized Data Governance structure, you'll bridge technology and business, working directly with stakeholders to solve data challenges and create lasting impact.
What You'll Do
Design and implement data governance program, including policies, standards, and frameworks across service lines
Supporting the Account in knowledge management by establishing and documenting data flows and processes
Lead Master Data Management for critical property data elements
Build and mentor a Data Stewardship program that empowers stakeholders
Partner with IT, BI, and business teams to improve data quality and processes
Create Data Dictionaries and other metadata and processes documentation to bring clarity to complex systems
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to embed governance into projects and changes,
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions regarding data quality and processes
What You Bring
Essential:
2+ years in data governance/management within enterprise environments
Proven client relationship management and consulting skills
Business analysis experience with strong problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of database management, data lifecycle, and governance frameworks

Detail-oriented analytical thinker who translates data insights into business action
Excellent communicator who bridges technical and non-technical audiences
Familiar with Tableau/PowerBI and SQL (business user), advanced Excel
