Our Interns & Co-ops are our talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Summary of Role
You will be positioned within the Technology Enablement department where you will identify a path to integrate a high precision resistor. You will be working with cross-functional teams on the development of high voltage IP.

Essential Responsibilities Include
• To do electrical characterization of the identified material to extract its material and electrical properties.




• To analyze the electrical data collected through statistical and analytical methods to draw a conclusion.
• To do reliability check of the fabricated resistors and devise further improvement to meet the automotive criteria.

Other Responsibilities
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications
Actively pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering related field (EEE/ECE/Microelectronics/IC Design) OR Physics.

Preferred Qualifications
Has background or interest in Semiconductor/MOS device physics.
Any knowledge or prior experience in Process Integration / Technology development is a plus.
