About the role
Job Summary
This role ensures that proposals are technically accurate and aligned with company standards. Responsible for providing technical support to sales teams and conducting technical analysis of product configurations to determine customer-specific pricing.
Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the technical solutions and commercial tenders of the pump renovation and replication project.
• Obtain quotations for mechanical seals/motors/instruments and all other equipment/services from subcontractors.
• Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries, closely cooperate with the sales team, optimize bids, and support the conversion of bids into orders.
• Be fully responsible for maintaining the profit margin of the bid.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering technology and operation departments to ensure the smooth and effective handover of bids/orders.
Qualifications
Typically a University degree, majority in Fluid Machinery and Engineering and at least of 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Strong technical and commercial acumen. Experience in tendering or technical sales support. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines.
