Key Responsibilities
Branch Network Support & Troubleshooting
Handle L2 escalations for branch routers, switches, wireless controllers/APs.
Troubleshoot WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN connectivity issues.
Change Management
Implement configuration changes on:
Switches (Access/Distribution)
SD-WAN devices
Incident Management
Resolve alerts related to:
High CPU/memory
Interface errors
Skill Requirements
1. Solid Proficiency In Network Development And Network Automation, Demonstrating In-Depth Knowledge Of Networking Protocols And Automation Tools.
2. Solid Understanding Of Troubleshooting Methodologies And Root Cause Analysis Techniques Within Network Environments.
3. Familiarity With Network Security Principles And Best Practices To Ensure A Secure Operational Framework.
4. Basic Knowledge Of Knowledge Management Systems And Training Methodologies For Effective Team Development.
