Motion Graphics Artist (Design + Animation)

Location: Thane, Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 2–5 Years

At Postboy Studios, we're looking for a Motion Graphics Artist who is equally passionate about design and animation. We need someone who can not only animate beautifully but also conceptualize and design visually engaging frames from scratch.

If you have a great eye for typography, layouts, color, composition, and can bring those designs to life through motion, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Design and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics for digital campaigns, brand films, explainers, social media, and corporate videos.
- Create visual concepts, storyboards, and style frames before animation.
- Develop engaging layouts, typography, iconography, and illustrations.
- Work closely with creative directors, writers, and clients to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while exploring fresh creative directions.
- Edit and enhance animations with sound, transitions, and visual effects.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Graphic Design.
- Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory,



composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Ability to conceptualize and design, not just animate.
- Experience creating storyboards, style frames, and presentation-ready visuals.
- Understanding of animation principles, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both design and animation skills is mandatory.

Bonus Skills

- Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Basic illustration skills.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar.
- Experience working with brand campaigns and advertising agencies.
