Responsibilities:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing

- Stay current with evolving best practices in critical care medicine through continuous learning and participation in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

- Support training and mentorship of junior medical staff, interns, and medical students in the ICU setting.

- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies in high-risk environments.

Requirements:

- MBBS degree with a valid license to practice medicine in India.

- Postgraduate training or certification in Critical Care Medicine (D.M. or M.D. in Critical Care) is preferred but not mandatory.

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in ICU or high-dependency unit settings.





- Proven expertise in managing complex medical conditions such as sepsis, acute respiratory failure, multi-organ failure, and trauma.

- Proficiency in advanced life support techniques, including intubation, central line placement, and invasive monitoring.

- Strong understanding of ICU protocols, mechanical ventilation, sedation management, and hemodynamic support.

- Excellent clinical decision-making, time management, and ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across specialties.

- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous career development.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
