Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and empathetic Behaviour Therapist to join us for providing at-home therapy sessions in Hyderabad. This is a versatile, contract-based role with session schedules coordinated based on your availability and the family’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions in the client’s home
- Conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans
- Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities to support communication and language development
- Maintain accurate session notes and provide regular updates to the Carely team
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care, when required
- Guide and support families in continuing therapy techniques at home
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology or a related field
- Formal training or certification in Behavior Therapy (ABA, RBT, CBT, PBS, TEACCH, Floortime, or equivalent) preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
- Warm, respectful, and professional approach to working with families
Compensation:
- Per-session rate (to be discussed based on experience and availability)
- Payments made by Carely directly
Other Details:
- Session frequency and schedule will be discussed at the time of assignment
- All sessions will be coordinated through Carely
- This is a freelance/contract role with no fixed monthly hours
