Academic and skilled qualifications:

Experience:

More than 5 Yrs experience as Mechanical technicians in similar plant.

Job Responsibilities:

This role requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures, with a primary focus on safety and compliance. Responsibilities include executing day-to-day maintenance jobs, emergencies, and breakdowns according to supervisor instructions, as well as handling major and minor shutdowns or turnaround (TAM) tasks based on the frozen job list and assigned duties. The position contributes directly to meeting maintenance KPIs by completing tasks safely, timely, and with high-quality standards. Additional duties involve maintaining plant cleanliness through proper post-job housekeeping; executing R&I;, RCA, RCM, and PHA recommendations; proposing facility or equipment upgrades; supporting supervisors with spare parts identification and vendor site visits; and collaborating with OEM FSEs in alignment with Chemanol standards.
