Position: Assistant Manager – QMS & QA (Management Representative)

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Professional with strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001:2015, inspection systems, and continuous improvement practices to strengthen our Quality team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Prepare and control Quality Manuals, SOPs, procedures, formats, and records.
- Plan and conduct Internal Quality Audits.
- Coordinate Customer Audits, Certification Audits, and Supplier Audits.
- Handle Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection activities.
- Prepare Sample Inspection Reports and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) reports.
- Manage customer complaints, NCRs, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and 8D Reports.
- Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Develop and maintain PPAP documentation including Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and inspection records.
- Monitor calibration systems and measuring equipment.




- Maintain Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier performance records.
- Deliver QMS awareness and quality training to employees.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, continual improvement, and process optimization initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Hands-on experience with Internal Audits and External Audits.
- Experience in Quality Documentation and Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, CAPA, RCA, and inspection standards.
- Understanding of calibration systems and measurement system control.
- Ability to prepare customer quality documentation and inspection reports.

Inspection Equipment Knowledge

Experience with:

- CMM
- VMM
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Bore Gauge
- Dial Indicator
- Thread Gauges

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
- ISO Internal Auditor Certification will be an added advantage.
