Position: Chartered Accountants ( Direct Tax )

Designation: Executive / Asst Manager

Function: Finance & Accounts - Taxation

Location: CP, New Delhi

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory), Only candidates from big 4 and top level tax advisory firm need apply . Only Merit holders in CA exam will be selected. One shall be willing to make carrier in Direct taxation.

CTC Range: Best in Industry

Looking for a big Corporate based out of CP.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct tax matters for the assigned region, ensuring 100% statutory compliance in line with applicable Income Tax laws

Direct tax compliance including Income Tax returns, advance tax, TDS/TCS, and tax audits

Assist in handling Income Tax assessments, reassessments, rectification proceedings, and scrutiny cases

Prepare responses to notices under various sections of the Income Tax Act

Coordinate with tax consultants, advocates, and auditors for appeals before CIT(A), ITAT, and higher authorities





Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance for inter-company and inter-unit transactions

Support tax planning and optimization initiatives within the legal framework

Guide plant & regional finance teams on tax provisions, TDS compliance, and documentation in alignment with corporate tax policies and governance standards

Track changes in tax laws and advise stakeholders on implications

Key Skills & Competencies:

Only CA need apply

Only from Big 4 and worked in Tax or Audits

CA merit holder preffered.

Strong knowledge of Indian Income Tax Act, Rules, and litigation procedures

Valuable analytical skill for complex tax computations and assessments

Ability to effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
