HIRING: Business Development Executive (Remote | Work From Home)

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role & Responsibilities

- Drive B2B and B2C business development for our study abroad training and admissions services.
- Generate and convert leads through digital channels, including Whats App, email, Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate with prospective students, parents, schools, colleges, and institutional partners through phone calls, virtual meetings, and digital communication.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, educational institutions, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and lead generation channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to improve conversions and return on investment.
- Work closely with the counselling, marketing, and academic teams to maximize enrollments.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent technical proficiency and ability to work with CRM software and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience in digital sales, business development, or customer relationship management.




- Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong social media presence with an understanding of content, engagement, and online branding.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the study abroad, overseas education, or EdTech industry.
- Understanding of GRE, GMAT, SAT, LSAT, IELTS, TOEFL, or similar standardized tests will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of undergraduate and postgraduate admission processes for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other major study destinations will be preferred.
- Experience working with schools, colleges, universities, education consultants, or international recruitment partners will be an advantage.
