What We're Looking For

Engineering

4 6 years of experience building production-grade Java applications.

Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot or Quarkus, REST APIs, and distributed systems.

Experience debugging production issues and improving application reliability.

Solid understanding of testing, clean code, performance optimization, and software design principles.

APIs & Distributed Systems

Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs.

Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures.

Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.

Understanding of API versioning, resilience patterns, and eventual consistency.

Data & Cloud





Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP, AWS, or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

AI-Assisted Engineering

Comfortable using AI coding assistants to improve development velocity while maintaining engineering standards.

Communication

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.

Exposure to GCP services such as Spanner or Big Query.

Experience with Open Telemetry, Sentry, or observability tools.

Knowledge of MDM, healthcare, or regulated environments.
