We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and practical experience in electrical systems related to CNC, VMC, Machines, Hydraulic and mechanical Press machines, SPM machines, You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of 2-axis and 5-axis CNC machines,

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems, including CNC machines,
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Work with electrical schematics and diagrams to identify and resolve issues.

- CNC & Press Machine Support:

- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical components of 2-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, including drive systems, control panels, and feedback systems.
- Ensure CNC machines operate accurately and efficiently by addressing electrical issues promptly.




- Maintain and Troubleshooting of Hydraulic, mechanical, and Pneumatic press

- PLC Systems:

- Troubleshoot PLC systems used in manufacturing processes and machinery control.

4. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems to prevent potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.
- Use diagnostic tools and techniques for predictive maintenance to anticipate and address potential electrical problems.

- Utility Equipment s Supports

- Maintain and Troubleshooting of Utility Equipment s like DG, Transformer, ACB, Compressor, Cooling Towers, RO Plant, STP plant & ETP Plant and Plant maintenance activities

6. Technical Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, like MTTR, MTBF Spares managements Daily maintenance check list,
- Create and update technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance logs.

- Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Promote a culture of safety within the team and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
