Job Description

· Plan, coordinate, and execute civil & interior projects from initiation to handover.

· Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.

· Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.

· Manage material procurement and inventory control.

· Coordinate with architects, designers, and internal teams.

· Identify risks and resolve on-site issues effectively.

Requirements• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of interior design, lighting, materials, textures, and composition
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
• Relevant experience in interior or architectural visualization

Requirements
