- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and organizational needs.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems (e.g., ATS).

- Support hiring managers with scheduling interviews and preparing interview materials.

- Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in assessing candidate fit.

- Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.

- Research industry trends and benchmarking data to support talent strategy initiatives.

- Contribute to onboarding documentation and new hire orientation support.

- Participate in campus recruitment and job fairs as part of talent pipeline development.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



Psychology, or a related field (final year students or recent graduates welcome).

- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and HR fundamentals.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with ATS platforms.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.

- Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards in India (desirable).

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving financial services environment.

- Availability for full time internship in Noida (minimum 6 months).
