· Plan, coordinate, and execute civil & interior projects from initiation to handover.
· Prepare project schedules, BOQs, cost estimates, and monitor budgets.
· Supervise site execution, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
· Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
· Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.
· Manage material procurement and inventory control.
· Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams.
· Identify risks and resolve on-site issues effectively.
· Prepare project reports and update management on progress.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of civil construction and interior fit-out works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
