Specific contribution expected from the role: Scrum Master responsible for driving agile delivery across digital transformation programs by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking sprint execution, and ensuring timely delivery of project goals. Coaches teams on Agile best practices, removes impediments, and fosters collaboration and continuous improvement. Manages Azure Dev Ops (ADO), including PI/Epic/User Story maintenance, reporting, risk and dependency tracking, and governance support. Collaborates with Product Owners, PMO, and cross-functional teams to align delivery with business objectives. Supports PI planning, OKR alignment, Go-Live activities, RCA sessions, and stakeholder communication. Location: Remote. Shift Timing: Normal(Day Shift). End of Curated JD. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and promote continuous improvement within the

Track sprint progress and ensure sprint goals are met within timelines.

2. Project & Delivery Management

Follow up on project deliverables and support on-time delivery.

Maintain ADO (Azure Dev Ops) as the Project Management Tool - ensure accuracy and

completeness of all entries.

Share Sprint Reports with PMO and other stakeholders.

Track and follow up on dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.

Support and coordinate Go-Live activities and post-implementation follow-ups.

3. Team Guidance & Coaching

Guide and coach team members on Scrum, project protocols, and delivery best practices.

Act as a protector of the team, removing blockers and addressing impediments in

collaboration with stakeholders.

Motivate and support the team to achieve sprint commitments and deliverables.

Facilitate conflict resolution and promote collaboration within the team.
