Job Description
Position title: Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts
Experience: 06 Months- 1 year
Budget: 6-8 LPA (Fixed)
Location: Noida (Sector 09)
Skills set : end-to-end accounting operations , end-to-end accounting operations ,regulatory compliance , GST, TDS, income tax, audits, and filings , auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and external advisors ,

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end financial closures.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.

- Establish and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and finance processes.

- Drive ERP/accounting system improvements and automation initiatives.

- Lead audit management, regulatory filings, and compliance activities.

- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Monitor working capital, collections, vendor payments, and cash flow management.

- Support fundraising, due diligence, banking relationships, and strategic finance initiatives.





- Drive IPO readiness, SEBI/listing compliance, and corporate governance standards.

- Collaborate with leadership teams and mentor finance team members.

Requirements:

- CA qualification is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and compliance.

- Experience in finance leadership roles within startups, technology, or rapid-growing organizations.

- Exposure to IPO preparation, listed company compliance, or fundraising activities is highly preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- High ownership mindset, integrity, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
