This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end project delivery, manage multiple international implementations simultaneously, and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and business transformation projects.
- Manage multiple project rollouts across different geographies simultaneously.
- Own project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and reporting.
- Partner with global stakeholders and business leaders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, resources,



and project performance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence across projects.

Key Requirements

- 7+ years of Project Management experience within IT, Software Implementation, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a global workplace.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
- Experience in Document Management Systems (DMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or global rollout programs will be an advantage.
