About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and exhibitions when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
