About the role : We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at our residential project in Gwalior. The role involves supervising site execution, coordinating with contractors and labour teams, and ensuring work is completed on time and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day construction and site development activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, and vendors for smooth site execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily progress reports (DPRs).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain site records and ensure safety and discipline at the project site.
Key Requirements :
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
- 5-6 years of experience in residential construction and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of residential building construction and site development.
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage in office execution.
- Good contractor, labour, and vendor management skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
Location: Jaetal Vihar, Gwalior (Project Site)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
