Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Sales Manager to acquire new customers, build long-term relationships, and promote our range of financial products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-first approach.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Generate leads through referrals, field visits, digital marketing leads, and networking.
- Acquire new customers for Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Cross-sell and up-sell financial products.

Mutual Fund Sales

- Explain SIP, Lumpsum, ELSS, Hybrid, Debt, and Equity Mutual Funds.
- Assist customers with KYC, account opening, SIP registration, and investment documentation.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide periodic reviews.




- Educate clients on long-term wealth creation through disciplined investing.

Insurance Sales

- Sell Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, and General Insurance.
- Perform customer need analysis before recommending policies.
- Assist customers with renewals and policy servicing.
- Support claim assistance whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company guidelines.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular contact with clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trust and referral networks.

Documentation & Compliance

- Complete all required documentation accurately.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Follow SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, and company compliance requirements.
- Protect customer confidentiality.

Reporting

- Submit daily activity reports.
- Update sales pipeline and lead status.
- Participate in weekly sales review meetings.

EligibilityEducation

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) is an added advantage.

Experience

- 0–2 years: Associate Sales Manager (Freshers with solid sales aptitude are welcome.)
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Mutual Funds, Financial Products, or Direct Sales is preferred.
