The Test Drive Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing test drive activities for prospective customers. The role involves scheduling test drives, ensuring vehicle readiness, coordinating with the Sales Team, and providing a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the test drive process.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule test drives for prospective customers.
- Explain the test drive process and ensure all required customer details and documents are collected.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants to ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Ensure test drive vehicles are clean, fuelled/charged, and ready for customer use.
- Maintain proper records of all test drive activities and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for test drive vehicle availability.
- Accompany customers during test drives when required and explain basic vehicle features.
- Ensure all test drive vehicles are operated safely and according to company guidelines.




- Follow up with customers after the test drive to collect feedback and support sales conversion.
- Maintain daily test drive reports and update relevant systems or registers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automobile sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features.
- Valid driving licence with good driving skills.
- Customer-focused approach and professional attitude.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
