We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive with 2 years of experience in the transport/logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of shipments, invoices, POD, and daily operations data.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update transport/logistics data in ERP or Excel
Maintain records of LR, POD (Proof of Delivery), invoices, and trip details
Coordinate with operations team, drivers, and clients for data accuracy
Track vehicle movement and update dispatch/delivery status
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Verify data and correct errors to ensure accuracy
Maintain proper documentation and filing system
Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry)
Familiar with logistics terms (LR, POD, dispatch, billing)
Basic computer knowledge (ERP systems preferred)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent
Working Hours: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
