We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Electronics or Civil Diploma Gradutes to join our telecom operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their careers in the telecom sector and gain hands-on experience in network deployment, maintenance, and testing.

The role involves working on telecom equipment such as BTS, antennas, fiber optic systems, and supporting field teams in ensuring smooth network operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering ) or equivalent
- Civil Engineers or diploma holders are also preferred
- Basic understanding of telecommunication systems, RF concepts, and signal transmission.
- Willingness to work on field/site projects and travel as needed.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools is an added advantage.
