Experience: 2 years in Interior Build/ Contracting Firm in similar profile

Location: Chennai

- Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates.
- Compile Tender Documents based on the requirements of the project.
- Maintain and Update Vendors list -Empanelment.
- Prepare RFP/RFQ and Prepare detailed Comparative Statements.
- Prepare measurement sheet from on-site data & drawings
- Prepare bill of quantities & bills with rates from Tender
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills as per terms and contracts.
- Check bills raised by the vendor-contractor. This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates with Tender.
- Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.




- Contracts Administration and enforcement at the site in coordination with project team
- To measure and prepare LBD with site engineer for preparation and submission of project bills as per agreed milestones
- To support PM in billing & generating cost-related reports and documentation.
- To follow up with relevant accounts department for payment.
- Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety, speed of security, and quality at lower costs by evaluating different options.

Job Type: Full time

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
