About the Role

We're looking for an AI-first Product Designer who can transform ideas into beautiful, production-ready product experiences. You'll combine exceptional visual design skills with modern AI tools to create world-class web and mobile interfaces at high speed.

What You'll Do

- Design intuitive, high-quality responsive product experiences for web and mobile.
- Translate business and product requirements into polished, developer-ready designs.
- Build scalable Figma design systems, reusable components, variables, auto-layouts, and design architectures.
- Maintain consistency across products through robust design systems.
- Create modern illustrations, icons, 3D visuals, and motion graphics wherever they improve the user experience.
- Select typography, color systems, spacing, and visual language that elevate the product.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver features quickly.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and business goals.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ Years of Product/UI Design experience.
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing modern SaaS, consumer, or web products.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Components, Variants, Variables, Auto Layout, Prototyping, Libraries, and Design Systems.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, responsive design, accessibility, and usability.
- Excellent visual design skills, typography,



layout, color theory, iconography, and design storytelling.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant user experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.

AI-First Design Skills (Must Have)

AI should be an integral part of your daily design workflow. You should be comfortable using tools like:

- Figma AI
- Vibe Coding via Claude & Claude Design
- Image, motion graphics and video creation via - ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
- Lovable - for no code development
- V0, Bolt
- AI content generation tools - Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, or similar AI image generation tools
- AI-powered motion and design tools

You should be able to use AI to:

- Rapidly explore multiple design directions.
- Generate production-quality UI.
- Create illustrations, icons, and 3D assets.
- Produce motion graphics and micro-animations.
- Generate UX copy and content.
- Speed up research, ideation, and design iterations.
- Move directly from concepts to polished designs without relying heavily on low-fidelity wireframes.

You'll Stand Out If You

- Have experience designing AI-powered or consumer-facing products specially in travel, fintech or consumer products.
- Having a vast design portfolio showcasing excellence in UX/UI
- Have exceptional visual craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Think systematically and build scalable design systems.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI design tools and workflows.
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership product teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
