Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical (IT/software/engineering) and non-technical (sales, operations, admin, support, etc.) positions.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers (Excel/ATS).
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer-to-joining process.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and closure of open positions within TAT.
Required Skills
- Positive communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously (technical + non-technical).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets; familiarity with job portals is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Good knowledge of AI tools and their use in recruitment (e.g., AI-based sourcing, screening, or scheduling tools) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Prior internship or work experience in recruitment/HR is a plus (not mandatory — freshers welcome).
- Basic knowledge of technical roles/terminology is an advantage but not required.
