Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplace accounts
- Handle product listings, pricing & promotions
- Track sales performance and generate reports
- Coordinate with design & marketing teams
- Resolve account-related issues and improve store performance
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- MS Excel & reporting knowledge preferred
- Problem-solving mindset
- Experience in e-commerce/account handling is a plus
