Team Leader - QA

Job Description: Number of Positions: 1

- Define project requirements and deliverables based on scope.
- Plan coverage projects from initiation through closing states.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports.
- Responsible for quality assurance and timely completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Continuously improve test processes including Root Cause Analysis, corrections, and preventive actions.




- Help define, improve, and implement test processes and tools.
- Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools using techniques such as White Box, Grey Box, Black Box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail, and automation.
- Implement critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with all teams.
- Provide continuous review and recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting, dashboarding, and QA.
