Location: Kalher, Bhiwandi

Position: Quality Head

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month
(Final salary will be offered based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and overall suitability for the role.)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures

Monitor product quality across all manufacturing stages

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements

Lead quality inspections, audits, and corrective action processes

Analyze quality issues and implement preventive and corrective measures

Train and guide production teams on quality standards and best practices

Coordinate with production, merchandising, and management teams to maintain product excellence

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Experience in footwear manufacturing quality management preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and inspection techniques

✔ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

✔ Ability to manage quality teams and drive continuous improvement

✔ Robust communication, documentation, and reporting abilities

We manufacture stylish and comfortable sandals using PU Leather and Synthetic Leather, catering exclusively to the Indian domestic market.
