Pantone Garments LLP is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Finance and Inventory team. If you have a strong foundation in commerce, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with Tally, we'd love to hear from you.
- Maintain accounting records and daily financial transactions.
- Prepare purchase, sales, and payment entries.
- Assist with GST documentation and bank reconciliation.
- Support monthly financial reporting.
Billing Staff
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and billing documents.
- Verify billing details for accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
- Maintain billing records and reports.
Inventory Management Executive
- Maintain inventory records of fabrics,
trims, accessories, and finished goods.
- Monitor stock movement and update inventory data.
- Conduct periodic stock verification.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and warehouse departments.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime preferred.
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
