- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues promptly.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends impacting system performance.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex software issues within business-critical environments.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and best practices to support decision-making.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.
