- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and selection drives
- Manage bulk interview drives and walk-in recruitment
- Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining follow-ups
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
- Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning and deployment
- Ensure candidate documentation and onboarding readiness
- Build and maintain a pipeline for ongoing hiring needs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
