Qualifications MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent. 7+ years of experience in F&A; consulting, transformation, or shared services digital operations. ================================================================== ================================================================== ======== Job Description – Manager (Consultant – Finance & Accounting) Experience: 3 years to 6 years Role Level: Manager / Junior Consultant The Manager – Finance & Accounting Consulting will support assessments, analytics, automation projects, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives. The role involves hands-on work with process documentation, automation identification, and supporting AI/Agentic AI implementations. Key Responsibilities Support transformation and automation initiatives across R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A.; Identify automation opportunities and assist in designing RPA, workflow, and AI- driven solutions. Work with senior consultants to deploy intelligent automation, Generative AI, and Agentic AI–based assistants to simplify routine finance tasks. Assist in data preparation, model validation, process mapping, and documentation of AI-enabled use cases.



Support setup of autonomous finance components such as predictive analytics, automated journals, and AI-enabled reconciliation workflows. Prepare client deliverables including presentations, SOPs, dashboards, and financial analysis. Conduct research on emerging digital finance tools and new AI capabilities. Required Skills & Competencies Foundational understanding of F&A; processes and accounting principles. Exposure to automation tools (RPA, OCR, workflow), with willingness to learn advanced AI/Agentic AI platforms. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or MS Dynamics. Solid analytical abilities, attention to detail, and documentation skills. Hands on Experience working with Process Mining tools like Signovia, Uipath, Celonis, etc. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (Visio, Miro). Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in client- facing settings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce/Accounting; MBA/CA/CMA (Inter) preferred. 3–6 years of experience in F&A;, consulting, automation, or digital operations
