Role- Testing & Automation Team Lead Location- Balewadi, Pune Experience- 7 to 12 years Work Model- 5 days WFO NP- Immediate to 45 days Domain- Must have cards and Payment domain experience. We’re looking for an experienced QA/Test Lead (8–12 years) with robust expertise in card payment systems (Visa/Mastercard) to drive end-to-end testing across critical financial platforms. What you’ll do:
• Lead QA strategy, planning & execution (manual + automation)
• Manage and mentor QA teams
• Ensure quality across authorization, clearing & settlement flows
• Drive test automation, defect management & process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders & clients for seamless delivery What we’re looking for:
• Strong knowledge of ISO8583, POS/ATM acquiring & issuing systems
• Experience with Selenium, JIRA, SQL, Unix/Linux
• Exposure to AMEX, JCB, UPI is a plus
• Solid experience in test lifecycle, automation & payment certifications
