Technical Skill-Candidate Must have deep technical knowledge of Casualty and Specialty lines Liability

Insurance Policy wordings, Technical know how of Reinsurance (treaty and Facultative)

· Candidate will be responsible for top line and bottom line growth and profitability for westen region ,

building relationships with the intermediaries and clients are absolute requirement

· Candidate should be able to work within the framework of compliance and audit and accordingly guide

the team to adhere to the compliance and process

· Communications Skills- Candidate should have a very sound communication skills and should be able to

manage client/intermediaries meetings /interactions effectively

· Leadership skills- Candidate should posses a very good leadership skills to work with the team and empower

the team in a difficult situation

· Interpersonal Skills- Candidate should posses valuable interpersonal skills , should be comfortable with inter

department co-ordinations

· Decision Making- Candidate should be able to take decision basis the dynamics of the situation and should

be proactive in taking decisions as and when situations demands
