Reviewing combined financial statements and investor reports prepared by analysts and resolving complex technical accounting issues in coordination with auditors and stakeholders. Detailed review of quarterly distribution and capital call notices, and fund performance metrics such as IRR, management fees, and carried interest. Processing incoming distributions and outgoing capital calls for underlying investee funds.



Coordinating and processing investment funding and maintaining all final investment-related documents Processing outgoing capital calls and distributions to investors Reviewing monthly reconciliations for all funds and management companies for monthly corporate closes Reviewing quarterly reporting to fund investors and management company and fund reporting internally within Brookfield and other stakeholders Assisting with fund valuation analysis Assisting with annual audits and tax reporting Quarterly portfolio performance analysis Reviewing and processing quarterly management fee payments Assisting with account payable settlements and invoice payments Ad hoc analysis and reporting (management and investor reporting) Demonstrated ability to manage complex and time-critical projects with sound judgment. Chartered Accountant Strong accounting experience and analytical skills 8–12 years’ relevant experience, preferably in investment fund accounting or Big 4 Solid communication and stakeholder management skills across departments and levels. Proven experience supervising junior staff; experience with third-party administrators is a plus Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment Excellent computer skills, including advanced abilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong work ethic with ability to embrace change in processes and initiate improvements
