What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

The Senior Application Developer is responsible to design, develop, and implement end-to-end application solutions across multiple platforms. The incumbent is responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards This role also focuses on building strong collaborative relationships within technical teams and peers, contributing to the effective delivery and management of application systems

How Youll Succeed (Responsibilities):

Programming Skills:

- Develop, code, and test end-to-end stack of applications to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, and debugging to meet business requirements.

Systems Implementation:

- Participate in and conduct technical design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and integration of new systems.

Troubleshooting and Technical Skills:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and information security standards and policies in all aspects of application management.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maintain system integrity and performance.

Relationship Management:

- Build strong relationships and partnerships with technical team members and peers to foster collaboration and effective problem-solving.
- Communicate effectively with others verbally at an advanced level, utilizing appropriate tone, style, and structure.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

- Collaborates with internal technical teams and peers to identify, discuss, and resolve business and technical issues related to application development and management.
- Works closely with project managers, business analysts, and external vendors as required to ensure successful delivery and integration of solutions.





COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

AUTHORITIES/DECISION RIGHTS:

- As a key contributor to the business unit, this job has the authority to recommend changes to business processes in order to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience: 7+ years of experience

Who You Are (Skills/Qualifications): 1 position with strong Java/ J2ee and 2nd position with Golang

Must Have Skills:

- Minimum 7+ years experience in application development and management.
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Golang, Spring/Spring Boot, and Web Services (SOAP, JSON, RESTful).
- Hands-on experience in Microservices and API development with at least 2 years in enterprise Java development.
- Advanced verbal communication skills, including effective use of tone, style, and structure.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within technical teams.
- Good familiarity with Agile methodologies and Cloud environments, specifically Azure.
