Salesforce Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and Lightning pages.
- Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business teams.




- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely user support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Ensure high data quality standards through deduplication, data cleansing, and governance.
- Support release managementincluding sandbox strategy, testing, deployment.
- Work with external vendors or development teams for larger technical projects.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end-users.
- Coordinate UAT and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 25 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Specialist.
- Expertise in Salesforce configurationFlows, validation rules, formulas, App Builder.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and security.
- Experience with Data Loader and data management.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

Preferred Skills

- Advanced Salesforce certifications.
- Experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Basic Apex/SOQL knowledge.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado.
